Dahabiya Nile cruise: a unique experience at Rising Egypt

Travel with us on a unique Nile cruise in Egypt. No big cruise, but an authentic trip on the Dahabiya sailboat and be immersed by the beauty of the Nile.

What can you expect?

- With a sailboat on the Nile

We arrive in Aswan and stay 3 nights in a hotel.  After a few days in Aswan, we will embark on a "dahabiya" sailboat, in which we stay with just our own group. A friendly crew and delicious Egyptian food, make this place a real home away from home.

- Visiting ancient temples and tombs

In Aswan we visit the Philae temple dedicated to Isis. A beautiful place and great start. Optionally, on day two we make a trip to Abu Simbel. Did you know that in addition to the famous temple of Abu Simbel, another temple in honor of Nefertari also stands? You can find there a beautiful gentle female energy.
Afterwards, we embark and sail towards the temple of Kom Ombo and Edfu. We visit the tombs of El Selsila and later a beautiful little temple in the desert dedicated to the turquoise Hathor.  Once in Luxor we visit the temples of Karnak and Luxor, the valley of the kings, the valley of the workers and the Memnon statues
All these temples are places of power and initiation. They speak deeply to us. We take our time. At some temples you feel your soul resonate more than others.

- Egyptological explanations

In all places, there are Egyptological explanations in English brought with passion by Younes Azzam our Egyptian guide. There is a nice balance between Egyptological explanations and experiencing the place quietly.

- Meditation and yoga

On the boat, you relax naturally. We take our time to really become a group. Regularly we come together and there is space to share what is going on inside of us. What processes are we going through? How are we experiencing the force fields of ancient Egypt? At other times we take time to meditate. These meditations are accompanied by powerfull soundhealing sessions. For enthusiasts, we start the days on the boat with yoga. All these magical moments and the spaces in between, are leading us to a natural way of healing and transformation.
