Day by day program:
Day 1: Arrival in Aswan
Upon arrival in Aswan, you will be welcomed by your local tour representative and begin your journey. Visit the impressive High Dam and the beautiful Philae Temple, dedicated to the goddess Isis. After the visits, embark on your Nile cruise.
Enjoy lunch on board, followed by afternoon tea, dinner, and an evening entertainment program. Overnight in Aswan.
Day 2: Abu Simbel – Kom Ombo
Early morning (around 04:30), departure by private vehicle to Abu Simbel. Arrive around 08:00 to explore one of Egypt’s most spectacular sites: the rock-cut temples of Ramses II and Queen Nefertari.
Return to the cruise around midday for lunch while sailing towards Kom Ombo. Visit the unique double temple dedicated to Sobek (the crocodile god) and Horus (the falcon god).
Continue sailing to Edfu. Overnight on board.
Day 3: Edfu – Luxor
Visit the Temple of Edfu, the best-preserved temple in Egypt, dedicated to Horus. Continue sailing and pass through the Esna Lock.
Arrival in Luxor in the afternoon. Visit the magnificent Luxor Temple and the vast Karnak Temple complex, including the impressive Hypostyle Hall with its 134 massive columns.
Overnight in Luxor.
Day 4: West Bank of Luxor
Optional early morning hot air balloon ride over the west bank of Luxor.
After breakfast, explore the ancient royal necropolis in the Valley of the Kings, where tombs are carved deep into the mountains. Continue to the Temple of Queen Hatshepsut and the Colossi of Memnon, remnants of the temple of Amenhotep III.
