The Fayoum oasis was calling me. Actually, there were not enough participants and we would have to cancel the trip. But the Fayoum oasis was calling me. I felt, "I have to be there". So we went nevertheless....

And what a journey. What a deep connection between us. What beautiful healing. What beautiful views. What wonderful nights under the stars. What a beautiful encounter with the Sphinx....

And how special that I was able to sing in a Coptic monastery we visited....

The energy of the Sphinx in Giseh was intense. Younes arranged the ride on the dromedary because my knees didn't want to go anymore. Special to see the pyramids of Sakkara from Giseh like this.
For me, the three days in the Fayoum valley were about relaxing, being one with nature.
Abdella, our Bedouin guide let us experience how they make food in this rough nature, hide from the heat, and how the Egyptians live there now.
